Founded in 2004 and continuing to achieve year after year of uninterrupted growth, Real Living Helios Realty is a full-service residential real estate sales, leasing and marketing firm. First and foremost, Helios is a customer service organization that features collaboration among some of the most talented and reliable real estate sales professionals in the Chicago marketplace.

Our firm has its roots in two independently owned companies – Helios Realty and Infinity Realty – that became Chicago flagship members of the Real Living franchise network in late 2004, as the Real Living brand was beginning its national rollout. Over the past five years, our firms have each been built on a philosophy of passionately providing each and every customer with the best possible service, insight, analysis and advice.

At the start of 2010, Helios and Infinity merged to create the new Real Living Helios Realty, a firm well positioned to continue building upon this client-focused business philosophy.
