Andrew Magliochetti is a principal and co-founder of Helios Realty & Development, LLC. He has extensive real estate development experience, having previously managed the development of over $500MM in commercial real estate as the director of development for a national real estate developer.

In his role as one of the leaders of Helios Realty, Andrew directs the company’s independent development and investment activities, while also consulting on a range of office, industrial, retail and investment transactions. He is a partner in Helios Commercial Realty and a partner in Helios Design + Build, a full service construction services, contracting and consulting firm.

Andrew has successfully built relationships with commercial and residential developers to augment the rapid growth of the company’s brokerage business, including projects currently under marketing and sales management valued at more than $150MM. Having personally closed more than $400MM in real estate brokerage transactions in his career, he possesses a broad range of financial and transactional knowledge.

An alumnus of Ohio University, Andrew holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee for the CCIM Institute and has earned LEED AP accreditation. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. Andrew also serves as a board member for Luke’s Wings, a Washington, DC based charity that provides no-cost travel to the families of injured US military service men and women.

Joe Magliochetti is a principal and co-founder of Helios Realty. He specializes in real estate marketing, development and investment strategy, having extensive experience working with the owners, operators and users of real estate, specifically commercial, industrial and mixed-use property types.

At Helios Realty, Joe has led the growth of the company’s commercial and residential brokerage and marketing business from its launch in 2004 to more than 75 sales professionals and over $200 million in sales and leasing volume in 2009. As a commercial and investment broker, Joe has successfully completed a wide range of real estate transactions, including investment sales, commercial leasing and property dispositions. He is the managing broker of Helios Commercial Realty and a partner in Helios Design + Build, a full service construction services, contracting and consulting firm.

Prior to the real estate industry, Joe led a successful marketing career advising companies of all sizes in brand management, marketing and public relations. His client list included leading Fortune 500 corporations, as well as start-up ventures and small- to medium-sized businesses. He has applied this marketing expertise successfully in the real estate industry.

Joe holds the LEED AP designation and also has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation reserved for less than three percent of investment real estate brokers nationwide. He earned an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in real estate and finance, and bachelors degrees in English and history from the University of Michigan.

He specializes in real estate marketing, development and investment strategy, having extensive experience working with the owners, operators and users of real estate, specifically commercial, industrial and mixed-use property types.Tripti Kasal is founder of Real Living Infinity which merged with Real Living Helios Realty in January 2010 in order to create the best, forward thinking real estate company in Chicago. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business in various roles including residential and commercial sales, development, property management and managing broker.

As the Managing Broker of Real Living Helios Realty, her goal is to help the company’s agents to reach their highest potential while providing excellent service to their clients.

Tripti is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Marketing and a member of Mensa.

Tripti has been active in her community and is currently the Chair of the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center and former President of the Menomonee Club for Boys and Girls.

She lives in Lincoln Park with her husband, Brian and her two teenage sons, Evan and Quinn.
